By accessing or using JekyllHub at jekyllhub.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. About JekyllHub

JekyllHub is a theme discovery and marketplace directory. We list Jekyll themes created by independent third-party developers. JekyllHub does not sell themes directly. All purchases are completed on the theme creator’s own platform (such as Gumroad, LemonSqueezy, or their own website).

3. Theme Purchases

When you purchase a theme listed on JekyllHub:

  • The transaction is solely between you and the theme creator
  • JekyllHub is not a party to the transaction and accepts no liability for it
  • Refund and support policies are set entirely by the theme creator
  • Licensing terms vary per theme — always review the license before purchase
  • JekyllHub makes no warranty about the fitness, security, or ongoing maintenance of any listed theme

4. Intellectual Property

All theme previews, descriptions, and associated assets remain the property of their respective creators. The JekyllHub name, logo, and site design are owned by JekyllHub.

You may not:

  • Scrape or reproduce theme listings for commercial purposes
  • Misrepresent a theme’s origin or authorship
  • Use the JekyllHub name or logo without written permission

5. Theme Submissions

By submitting a theme to JekyllHub you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the original creator or have explicit rights to distribute the theme
  • The theme does not contain malware, spyware, or deceptive code
  • All preview images and descriptions accurately represent the theme
  • The theme does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

JekyllHub reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.

6. User Conduct

When using JekyllHub you agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site’s availability or security
  • Use automated tools to scrape the Site without permission
  • Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

JekyllHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any theme listing or information on the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JekyllHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any theme purchased through it.

JekyllHub contains links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
