Refund Policy
We stand behind every theme on JekyllHub, but because our products are digital downloads, refunds are only considered in cases where a theme is genuinely broken, non-functional, or significantly different from what was described on the product page.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
We’re unable to issue refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, misreading of theme features, or issues arising from third-party plugins, custom modifications, or your hosting environment — as these are outside our control.
This policy applies only to themes purchased directly through JekyllHub. Themes sold by third-party creators on our marketplace are subject to each creator’s own refund policy — please contact them directly for those purchases.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@jekyllhub.com with your order number, the theme name, and a description of the problem. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Many issues can be resolved quickly with a little support. Before submitting a refund request, please reach out — we typically fix bugs and answer setup questions within 1 business day and would love the chance to help.
